Cool Afterschool Moves (CAM) - COMMUNITY MAP

In an effort to provide Boulder County Middle School students with the best possible opportunities for afterschool program participation, the BVSD Community Access Mentoring Program (CAM) has compiled this COMMUNITY MAP of outstanding community resources.

All community programs listed in CAM's Cool Afterschool Moves COMMUNITY MAP have been interviewed by our Community Outreach Coordinator and have verified that they maintain the following criteria within their organization: a high level of ethical, legal and programmatic standards in serving youth, including background checks and letters of reference and/or a board of directors; a commitment to serving the interests of youth, families and the community by demonstrating sensitivity to individual differences and needs; and diligence in their efforts to work closely with BVSD/CAM.

The Cool Afterschool Moves COMMUNITY MAP was created to assist CAM's awesome volunteers in their mentoring experiences within the Boulder Valley School District. However, we also encourage anyone in the community who might know of a middle school child that would benefit from a great afterschool program to use this MAP as a resource.
